THE REPAIR PROJECT
Where broken relationships begin to work again—differently.
Welcome to The Repair Project a program of Deep Rooted Wellness (DRW).
Based in Southeastern Minnesota, The Repair Project serves individuals and families across the US. The program specializes in high-conflict relationships, co-parenting dynamics, and relationship repair.
Using the Relational Reconstruction Model, The Repair Project helps individuals, caregivers and family members deconstruct patterns that are not working and rebuild relational structures that support functional communication, stability, and growth.
The Repair Project frequently collaborates with courts, legal professionals, and mental health providers when relationship dynamics impact wellbeing or progress. The focus is on helping relationships function differently—so those involved, especially children, can move forward and thrive.
High-conflict relationships can become stuck in cycles of miscommunication, emotional reactivity, and unresolved conflict. Over time, these patterns can impact decision making, parenting, and the wellbeing of those involved—especially children.
Many people attempt to repair relationships by trying harder to communicate, but without changing the underlying structure of the relationship, the same patterns often continue.
Our approach is different.
